it's been a wonderful yr, 2009, for me. what with achieving my ABRSMdip, topping MEP in my cohort and attaining good grades to be able to slowly choose my desired jcs. i should really be grateful. after all, there's nothing more that i could really ask for.

as it is, i'm feeling immensely relieved that the whole jc-selection-dilemma is over. urgh. the past few days have been a wreck. have been pondering over which jc to take till everything just felt so stressed. i swear i've grown a couple more white hairs since then.

anyway, everything's done. applications submitted. there's nothing i can do anymore. so. NJ BABY HERE I COME! i sure hope everything will turn out fine in the end and i'll make some nice friends so i won't be so lonely there lol.

going back to st nicks to have pizza party thrown by mrs tham and later visiting the juniors tom. can't wait. bet it'll be so much fun!

shopping and the likes

Went to EXPO todayy. ( it was my mom's bright idea of spending a fruitful family day out. ) john little sales was on. mann, it was crowded and freezing to the max. ended up being the one buying most of the stuff. from undergarments, right up to bags and hats hahaha.

then we went to the airport for dinner. took a skytrain to terminal 3. wheeee. it was soo funn! (everyone should try it sometime!) ate at some huge foodcourt and did a little shopping. it got a little boring soon after. so while my parents were absorbed in grabbing products and stuff, i absent-mindedly starting sliding across the floor. ok, not really in the literal sense. but like you know, a little like skating on the floor. and ANNNDDD GUESSSS WHAT??? i mastered a DECENT MOONWALK!! hahahhaha. omgg. kudos to me.

P.S. realised at the last minute that today had been st nicks CCA fair when i was at J8 and there were manyy ppl in st nicks uniform. geeee. i'm so sorry dear juniors, for not being there when i should have hahaha. but i know you guys must have been great! ANDD i know you guys will be magnanimous enough to forgive me for just this one time. i'll catch up with you guys soon when we have the gathering together with the seniors! love you always!

Let's give it a Big Bang

Since it's the start of a Brand New Year, I figured that i'll revive my blog by giving it a fresh look.

I've been gone for a LONNNGG time haven't I? ok, so here's some updates: (chronologically)

What have i been doing over the hols? = slacking aka = reading the papers mmhm. watching movies online. (not so much of drama serials. well, i TRIED watching boys over flowers. but i gave up after episode 18 or something because the female lead was getting increasingly weepy for my liking. and then i tried watching gossip girls, but stopped after the first episode because the kissing and fondling scenes were making me uneasy.)

other than that, i've been reading Terry Goodkind's Legend of the seeker series based on the show screened every thursday on channel 5 i think. It's superb. I highly encourage everyone to read it. 5 starts. and it's comparable to..the Lord Of the Rings Trilogy yup.

and so with enjoyment, time flies ever so rapidly.

next thing i knew, it was the countdown party held in sentosa. mann. felt that it was a little disappointing?? didn't really feel very hyped though. BUT i counted down with them! :D so that's me attempting to bring in some New Year cheer into my family.

with that, comes this week. ahh. dun remind me. it's confirmed that results are gonna be released next mon. which gives me roughly slightly less than a week to mentally prepare myself. *gulp*

yup. so there's that.
